At last I can get back into my blog! For some reason, I got shut out. I thought maybe it was because I'd changed a password, but that wasn't it. I've heard of other people having trouble with Blogger, but I always thought Blogspot was different. Maybe they're the same company?
Anyway, this item in the local paper's crime blotter caught my eye: A woman reported her mailbox stolen. The $200 mailbox was in her yard.
Hmmm. Sounds suspicious to me. Like it was lurking in her yard. It probably deserved to be stolen.

GIVING AWAY EARRINGS IN OCTOBER!
In October, I'm excited to be giving away earrings. In conjunction with a new Etsy store, Talismanmoon, one lucky commenter will win the pair below. If interested, all you have to do is comment and include the word earrings. At the end of the month, each commenter's name will go in the hat. One comment per person per day, but each day's commenters get entered so someone could have up to 31 chances to win.
When one name is drawn, I'll announce it on the blog. That person can email me privately with shipping info.
If October's contest goes smoothly, I hope to have another one in November. If it doesn't go smoothly... Well, guess I won't.
So! To the chase! In my book SET UP, Cal loves long, dangling earrings on trashy women. Amanda isn't trashy, but she might use some like these to entrap him and knock him out. Or, when later on she realizes his devil-may-care facade hides a soft heart, maybe she wears them to seduce him. Either way, they're a lovely pair of earrings.

BLOGS
Noticed that some of the blogs I link to haven't been posted on in quite a while. So guess it's time to cull and add. The ones with new posts, at least every couple of weeks, will remain as links; the others won't.
Any member here who blogs and wants to have his/her blog link shown, let me know. I'm so awful at this tech stuff that I have no idea how to tell if any of you blog or not unless you tell me. Most of the time I can't even tell who the members are!
